Nothing better than clouds

Northern Colorado based hobbyist photographer. I'm a very one-dimensional photographer. Actually, many of the images you see here were taken from roadside pull-offs. Just providing an escape as needed and sharing something I enjoy from the couple trips I make every year. I do have to say that Autumn photos are probably my trademark if I were to choose one. Although, the Fall season in Colorado makes it incredibly easy to take beautiful images. Photos taken with cell phone, a simple point and shoot, my first DSLR and eventually my D810 Nikon. Quality is definitely noticeable throughout my catalog as my D810 is incredible. Nikon/Tamron/Lightroom user. Comments are encouraged via my contact tab at the top left of my main page. All work is my own and copyrighted. This is the only place you'll find my work online. No social media. Ever. This site is dedicated in loving memory to my biggest supporter, my mom. Another page of just getting lucky on auto settings. Clouds are your best friend. Contrast, depth and emotion are all credited to cloud cover. Especially during sunrise and sunset. These are some of my favorite and most memorable. Sunsetting behind the Zirkels in particular. The Ramah Splendor album belongs here also. Photos taken from various Colorado locations.
